. . . . . . and so far so good. Still don't know what we're doing next week in regards to meals, but at least we're on the right track of "no more fast food".
So far we haven't done anything drastic in the way we eat.....except smaller portions and we bought a bunch of healthy items for snacks yesterday.
To quote "What about Bob" - baby steps, baby steps.....and we'll get there.
